Pick-Up Points
CMRQ-4 and CMRQ-5 have lined borders instead of beaded borders, unusual for the series.
Since both dies for CMRQ-4 struck other CMRQ varieties, two pick-up points are needed.
Unusually, the date is block style instead of italic style.
The fraction bar is lengthy. It extends to below the left edge of the upright
of the 1, and above the right edge of the upright of the 4.
