Obverse
- Small chip just northeast of 1 in date
- Both 8s in date repunched southeast
- 9 in date repunched northeast
- Star 6 repunched near inner points
- Star 9 repunched south
- Heavy "ribbon" die break on Indian; west of ear, halfway down neck, then left through hair into left field
- Radial die crack from rim to Indian just below headdress, touching upper left point of
Star 10. Die break extends above and northeast of ear, as well.
Reverse
- Swirling die polish lines throughout central field
- Diagonal clashmark between O and N in ONE
